All-on-4 Technique
This technique is used in cases of complete bone loss in the upper jaw and sinus descent, or in cases of severe bone resorption in the lower jaw, where there is insufficient space for implant placement due to the proximity of the main mandibular nerve. Therefore, we utilize the available bone in the middle of the jaw and place four implants in each arch.
In the second stage, after 4 to 6 months, we uncover the implants, place gingival formers and specific accessories, and take an impression over them, which is then sent to the dental laboratory. The laboratory fabricates a titanium metal bar and forms zirconia teeth over this bar. Finally, the bar is fixed over the implants using a multi-unit system.
